Course Fees

THE FOLLOWING IS A GUIDE TO CURRENT FEES FOR THE COURSES OFFERED

1.  Diploma in Trichology (2 and 3 year duration)

2.  Diploma in Trichology (2 year – for medical graduates)


1. DIPLOMA  IN  TRICHOLOGY for students without medical qualification (duration 3 years)

This Diploma in Trichology course is offered to students worldwide.

FEES

The current fees associated with this three-year Diploma Course total £7200 (reviewed annually). Fees may be paid by either of the following:

£7200 for the full course prior to its commencement (usually 36 months duration).
or
£2400 per annum prior to the commencement of each of the three academic years.
or
Monthly payments (Bankers Order or PayPal –  to be received by TTS on or before the 16th day of each month in advance).
Candidates undergoing the 3 year course = 12 X £200 per annum (please ensure that TTS receives the full sum – its does not pay charges).

Candidates undergoing the 2 year course = 12 X £300 per annum (please ensure that TTS receives the full sum – it does not pay charges).
Please note that 12 payments per year are required (this includes August and December).  

It is the candidates responsibility to ensure the un-interrupted continuity of such payments to TTS without regular invoices or reminders. Receipts for monthly payments are not issued. Receipts for annual payments are available upon request following advice of any such payments and their receipt by TTS bank. 

Fees are subject to annual review.

The current total fee (£7200) as stated is based on the student completing all sections of the course within the allotted time.  Where extra time is required (for any reason) to complete the course, additional monthly charges will apply.

Please note, it is the candidate’s responsibility to manage his/her time effectively in order to complete the course in the allotted time.

Please note that all fees quoted may increase with inflation or other factors.

Additional fees apply for recommended visits to privately operated clinical establishments for practical training (£100 per day)

Professor B Stevens charges £50 per hour for private tutorials (one or two can attend) 


ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Email The Registrar for a S.E.A. Student Enrolment Application document – this will be sent by email. Please return it by email.

The College Governors will  review the application and inform the applicant accordingly.

Successful applicants will be offered a place on the course to commence on a date to be mutually decided. Some candidates will be asked to submit an assessment essay on a given topic.
All courses are based on an annual 12 month contract (current cost £2400) and obligate the candidate to submit 20 essays at the required rate of 2 per month (not August or December) Essays must be numbered, dated, bear the candidates name and be received by TTS on the 7th and 21st days of each of the 10 month academic year.
Candidates who do not present an essay on time will loose that slot with our external examiners. Such a loss will extend their course duration (and thereby the course cost).   

Having accepted the place, the student is required to confirm the payment details within 14 days.

The College does not concern itself with funding matters, however students are offered the option of paying monthly (currently £200 per month)

CANCELLATION OF COURSE

It is to be understood and agreed by all students that no refund will be considered where a student drops-out or otherwise fails to complete any part of the course at any time.

2. Diploma in Trichology (course duration 2 years) for Medical graduates

The Diploma in Trichology is offered to medical practitioners worldwide. Our current educational base is London.  If you have any questions please contact the UK educational department by telephone 07742 336 337 or e-mail Registrar.

FEES

The fees associated with this 24 month Diploma Course currently total £4800. This can be paid as monthly instalments through Bankers Credit Transfer (24 X £200 per month) or two annual payments of £2400. In every case fees must be received by TTS on or before the 16th day of each month/year’s commencement date. It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure the un-interrupted continuity of payments to TTS without regular invoices or reminders. Receipts for annual payments are available upon request following advice of any such payments and their receipt by TTS Bank.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Email The Registrar for an Application for Enrolment Form – this will be sent to you by email.

The completed application document should be sent to The Registrar by email.

The College will then review the application and inform the applicant accordingly.

Successful applicants will be offered a place on the course to commence on an agreed date (to be decided).

Having accepted the place, the applicant is required to confirm (within 14 days) how the payment of fees will be made.


CANCELLATION OF A COURSE

It is to be understood and agreed by all prospective students that no refund will be considered where a student drops-out or otherwise fails to complete any part of the course at any time.

Whereas it is expected that the academic part of this course will be completed within the allotted time (24 months),  extra time will be permitted where necessary at the current additional charge of £200 per month.

Please note, we make reasonable effort to assist the student to complete the course in the allotted time however it is the student’s responsibility to manage his/her time effectively in order to complete each part of the course in the allotted time.

Please note that the fees quoted may inadvertently increase with inflation and other factors outside our control.


ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Return the completed document to The Registrar by email.

The College will then review the application and inform the applicant accordingly.

Successful applicants will be offered a place on the course to commence on a date to be decided. Candidates may be asked to submit an assessment essay on a given subject.

Having accepted the place offered, the candidate is required to pay a non-returnable registration fee of £200 within 7 days to secure it. This sum will be deducted from the first course fee paid. Registration fees received by TTS will not be refunded if the candidate cancels the course.


CANCELLATION OF A COURSE

It is to be understood and agreed by all prospective students that no refund will be considered where a student drops-out of the course.
