The President's Day 2006
The Society's President is elected from within the membership and enthroned in May.
Each President reigns for two years.
The 2006-8 President Mr John A Harwood MTTS - Patron was enthroned on Monday 15th May 2006.
The impressive ceremony was witnessed by a gathering of members and guests at the beautiful Queen Anne Mansion of Hunton Park, Hertfordshire.
Mr Harwood whose recent career change from the legal world to that of politics is a founder member of The Society.
He served the office as vice president during the preceeding presidency.
Mr Harwood has intimated that he will seek to implement a number of changes within the Society duiring his reign.
The Society looks forward with confidence to his leadership.
