How does laser destroy hair ?
The laser beam targets the pigment located in hair follicles for a fraction of a second vaporizing the pigment and destroying the hair or its ability to regrow. Surrounding skin is unaffected due to the sapphire-tipped hand piece which cools and protects it. Anaesthesia is not required. Recovery is rapid.
